The Laboratory
Our artisan bakery is located in Corigliano-Rossano, in the heart of the Ionian coast of Calabria. It is here that our natural yeast ferments slowly, that our DOP and IGP ingredients are selected one by one, and that each panettone shape before being packaged and shipped throughout Europe. A vibrant bakery, where time is still the most cherished ingredient.
